As a Florida girl born and raised, the majesty of the North fuels my inspiration immeasurably. Brought up in the unforgiving heat of the Florida swamps, I have been utterly moved by the wondrous world of winter and life’s resilient ways of surviving it.
This is a reflection of mother nature’s small moments of biting cold that, in contrast, are prepossessing to the spirit. The adulation of happening upon a hidden fall and feeling as though you’re the only one who has ever found it.
